Worst experience ever received and if you wished to avoid any headaches avoid this company at all cost.Ordered a preorder scooter which never shipped on time and never moved since being shipped. Been waiting and trying to contact wheelygoes via, live chat, email and phone with no responds. I have been seeking a refund for something that was paid in full, never arrived, ordered over one month ago. Now I have to report this to my bank to start an investigation for a refund and to the post office along with the ACCC.Great service? Don’t believe!

I have reported them to the ACCC, they have taken $999 from me and not communicated at all, no response to 5 emails, their phone number is invalid. I ordered a scooter 6 weeks ago, it has not arrived. I am going to have to appeal to my credit card company as this is flat out theft. AVOID

Ordered scooter on 7 November and still not get. They don’t reply my email. Then on 25 nov they sent email with tracking number but they still not post it yet.

Hello, I’m having the same issues as two recent reviews. I ordered my scooter via their website on 19th November and it was supposedly dispatched on the 25th November. Nothing so far, I would not recommend these guys to anyone and will be lodging a dispute through my bank! I have not been able to contact them via phone, email or online chat! Do not deal with this company, they are definitely dodgy. Let’s hope this is a warning to other potential customers.

Great service! Mark went through each electric kickscooter model that would be suitable for me and made it easy for me to decide between Xiaomi or Ninebot by Segway. He also let me test ride the electric scooters. Easy to find the place with plenty of carparks and had the product in stock. Great work and keep it up. Absolutely love my electric scooter and now zipping past bicyclists!

Do not order through this shifty organisation. Zero response to multiple emails, calls and LiveChat sessions - despite having paid the full amount ($900) via their website. No scooters in stock when I went to their ‘shop’ in Sydney, and Mark (head shonk) claims to not be authorised to process refunds. These guys are total crooks. I have filed a complaint with ACCC and Fair Trading - hoping these cowboys satisfy their obligations before this wastes any more of my time.

This outfit is Dodgy Brothers personified. Accepted a ‘pre-release order’ then moved the shipping date 3 times. I ordered on 10 November with shipping date of 18 November. Still nothing received on 2 December. ‘Live chat’ does not work/is not monitored and no response is provided via email entered. On 25 November I received an email saying the item had been shipped with an Auspost tracking number. The tracking number did not move past ‘label created’ for another week which means the item was never shipped- possibly another delaying tactic? After another email was ignored, I called Mark who told me the item was shipped on 25 November but, unfortunately for me, Auspost says it absolutely was not.Just another shifty drop shipper based on my experience to date...

Worst customer servicer EVER, be advised you should steer clear of this company!I ordered a scooter that wasn't shipped when it was meant to, no notification just a hostile response when i dared to ask for an ETA.Followed by having me emails ignored, so i opened a chat bot with the Sydney store manager who started the conversation then WENT TO LUNCH, i got hold of him 40 mins later and he seemed to think it was ok to start taking a query then disappear.This company is a joke, am starting to worry my order will never arrive, starting to suspect this whole operation is a scam.When i asked to complain to his boss, he told me it would be like getting the Mark Zuckerberg of facebook to respond, hmmmmm i don't think you are $100BN company!What a joke, never buy anything from these guys

Stay away!! Dodgy and lying practises! The same as all the reviewers below. I haven't received my item at all.Pre-ordered the scooter 1st of Nov. that was supposed to ship on the 15th of Nov. and claiming the CHEAPEST IN AUSTRALIA GUARANTEED! ". Past 15th of November and not getting any updates I contacted them for a refund because I found the exact same scooter for much much cheaper ready for pick up from a big brick and mortar chain. No one bothered coming back to me via email or chat. I had to log out of my account and pretend to have an enquiry about a scooter. Straight away someone got back to me and then I asked them for a refund because I found it cheaper somewhere else and it's way past the shipping date. Just a prompt "We don't offer refunds once an order is placed.". Nothing after that. Since then they have removed their T&C's page where Refund policy was 30 days. It's totally empty now. I received an "Shipping information approved by Australia Post" on the 25th of Nov. But has not moved since then. Also they removed their FB reviews section with another customer with the same issue. I sold my bike for this to get to work and save some money

Purchased an electric scooter but had a mistake in the shipping address. Emailed support to correct but no response since Thursday and its now COB Monday. Tried to phone 5 times but the number doesn't work. Online chat is off and unavailable. Think I might have been scammed. Leaving this review to try and get through to someone.
