Chemist Warehouse Melton South

Its a pity the staff dont know what is in their store or how to look up what is there. Another store advised the item l wanted was in stock there the night before but to ring before going there. I did, got told they didnt have any. Gut feeling told me to go anyway so l did and without needing any help found what l needed in plenty of stock. All l got was a uuh when l explained the earlier phone call and then the visit.

Visited last weekend trying to get hydralyte n some hair products straggling to find what I was looking for,as so many products in the store.The guard at entrance door ask me if I need any help as other staff were busy with serving customers.this guy was very welcoming firstly helped me to find what I was looking for and offer me basket great service don’t knw the name forget to ask but jumper he was wearing says ultimate security best customer service in Melton south thanks heaps

This store, and the other Melton store (24-hour), have the same owners, and are both the best Chemist Warehouse stores in Victoria. You will be welcome by a team of high skilled, dedicated, hardworking and customer focused personnel who will go above and beyond to meet and exceed your expectations as a customer.The store is always clean, adequately staffed, and waiting time for prescription medication is very minimal.

Waited 30min just to be told they didn't have the medication great service

Absolutely poor customer service with no duty of care whatsoever. I bought an Omron thermometer which was faulty. Came home to check my sick child and it didn’t work. Ended up going to hospital. When I took the thermometer back in the morning and showed them error messages and video, they checked it themselves and found it faulty. They still wouldn’t refund or exchange and said that they have to claim warranty from Omron and then they would decide if they need to refund me or no. This is absolutely ridiculous given that I only bought it a few hours ago and they had verified it to be faulty.

great customer service from this young lady topatha I had a hard time looking for an item and she enthusiastically helped me as I'm quite old and find it hard to move she was patient with me.

What a great store a staff member by the name of Julie went out of her way to help me. I had a list of items to get, I asked if she could help me find my first item she then proceeded to take my list and found every item on my list for me, placing them in my basket, she was a godsend, thank you Julie

Beware of their return policy. Should really state they have a 7 day return policy on the receipt so customers can more easily refer to this! As opposed to a measly sign on the counter most people will miss, or having to find it online. Not sure why such a short timeframe?? Wasted time unable to return non-perishable items that were wrongly size just because we were slightly out of this timeframe! Ridiculous policy. Even more ridiculous the way we were questioned and treated. Won’t visit again. Would recommend going to another store/ chemist who will look after their customers.

I am only writing this review for the security guard.He humiliated the old couple.An old couple was leaving the door after they did payment for meds. That security man ran after that couple and shouted that did you pay ?The old guy said yes I did. He asked again you sure did you pay. The old lady felt humiliated and walked out with her husband.Then that security man run in to chemist wh and asked that counter lady to come out and she came out and said YES THEY DID PAY.I felt so bad for the old couple.I am not telling him the right way to do his job. But the thing is if you standing in middle of the shop how you going to know who is paying or not. You should be standing near the main door and keeping an eye on everyone rather than standing in the middle of the premises and then running after the customers and shouting on them. You are the one who is not doing your job right. Owners can check cameras for this. I felt so bad for the old couple. I would never accept that for if it with my parents or my relatives. That man is not right fit for his job.It happened around 7 pm on 10 may… todayThanks

The pharmacist name Shruti has now refused twice to certify my documents (two different occasions) stating that she doesn't have authority to do so whereas same documents were certified at ufs Melton South without a question. Very disappointed.
