They are definitely the biggest rip off business ever, my recent experience with them was when I repaired my van with them.The workmanship is the biggest issue with them.There promise is nothing more than a camels fart they took more than 8 months to repair my van during that time the land lord had to close them out with concrete blocks because of unpaid rent of six months.They buy write off vehicles from auctions and rebirth the cars after dodgy repairs and sell to public.At first they give you a quote and when you agree on it they will start asking for more on completion making excuses about putting more parts and inclusions & exclusions.
