Called to orgabinse collection of our contaminated sharps. Took them 3 days to come back with a quote. I paid the money on a thursday which i was told they would be picked up in the following tuesday. No one bothered turning up that day, no one the next day or day after. I called back up on friday to which i was told someone would call me back on monday. No one called on monday. I called up tuesday to find out what was going on. Got transferred to a rude woman manager who refunded the money and said sorry we are not going to pick them up. Absolutely terrible service and a major stuff around. If there were minus stars i would give them to this pathetic company
