Kelli's yoga training is unlike any other style I have experienced. Kelli takes the class on a journey starting slow and building up momentum to finishing in stillness. I feel invigorated as well as grounded after each session. Kelli has a wealth of knowledge about the body and caters for the needs of the group taking the weather, time of day and year into account when instructing the yoga session. I went to Yin and Pins for the first time last month, Kelli created a very welcoming atmosphere in the space. The style of yoga was calming and the poses flowed really nicely.At the end we had light acupuncture treatment, that made me so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I also felt the energizing effects for a week afterwards, highly recommended!
