Very poor communication between order-In and their suppliers. Orders only turn up as scheduled about 50% of the time, always have to chase up to find out where order is. Staff are polite, but not particularly helpful with tracking down suppliers and give out same excuses all the time. Perhaps find more reliable suppliers.

10/10 SERVICE!!I couldn't be more grateful to order all our workplace catering through EATFIRST. We have never been disappointed with anything we order. The food, customer service and delivery is always before ordering time. I have had an urgent situation where It could've cost the company a loss BUT my Key Account Manager (Jodi Featherston) came to my rescue not once, but twice to sort everything out!!
