V.I.P. Home Cleaning
Used the service at regular 3 week intervals 3 times. The fourth time, the cleaner, Jane, cancelled and said she would come in the morning instead. She didn't come, but claimed it on her timesheet anyway. I have called her, her franchisee, and the company, to try and get Jane or Mick Stagg to contact me, which they have not done.
