The boys were polite, professional and fast. When I received the call from the lady in the office she displayed the same qualities as did the gentleman who picked up the boxes the next day. I highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

The team were incredibly easy to deal with, responsive and on time. The value was so much better than any other services we had quoted and on the day they could not have been more professional. Will be recommending to anyone needing support with moving!

My recent move from Darwin to Brisbane was a pleasure with Clear Sky. From Day 1 the response time from the company was very swift and efficient. The quote itself was very reasonable and everyone from the ladies in the office to the lads that packed the container were all a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend and use again.

Honestly incredibly impressed with the service this company has shown. I have received prompt responses from Tijani at their customer service department and very thankful for this. Before uplift and delivery, I was given a phone call a day before and again at 30 minutes before they arrived, which was very helpful.The uplift of furniture was awesome. Poor pair of guys walked up a flight of narrow stairs and carried everything down! They wrapped everything thoroughly and were very friendly.The delivery was such a relief. The furniture was to be stored in a shed all the way at the back of the property but they managed to carry all the furniture there. They made sure I inspected everything.Would highly recommend these guys again and again! Thanks again ❤️

Moving is stressful enough without throwing in the fact that you have to move out of state. Where do you start, what do you do? Called ClearSky and word vomited at Tijani who miraculously understood the questions I was trying to ask. She stayed online and helped me to work out what the cost would be based on my guesswork. I honestly tried to get the same level of attention and service from about 3 other companies but none compared price-wise and service-wise to Tijani and ClearSky. Twenty Thousand conversations, emails and freak outs (on my part) and we finally had everything concretised. Tijani was there every step of the way with timely and efficient service. I’m sure I gave her a headache at times but she always greeted me by name as if it was a pleasure to speak with me. I would absolutely use this company again primarily because of her and also Jim and Sena out of Brisbane. Those two guys were a well oiled personable machine! My items arrived earlier than expected which was cool even though our arrival was delayed. Some wear and tear on the boxes but nothing outrageous. The guys who offloaded were fast so now my space is once again filled with boxes. Thanks CkearSky! Lol

I have used clear sky’s back loading service for my move to and from Darwin. They are always so friendly and helpful.Tijani and Maria are always so helpful on the phone.Jericho and his guys were so efficient and personable!

Tijani was very professional and responsive. I had a small backload to get from Darwin to Melbourne. She explained the process to me, and explained when my belongings would arrive in Adelaide and then Melbourne. The guys who did the uplift were very easy to deal with (I packed everything myself except bed). My belongings were delivered during the week I had been told they would be, which was fantastic. The delivery guys were great, also very easy to deal with. Overall it was a really positive experience from start to finish, thank you!

My scheduled collection time was for 9.30am - 11.30am. I had been advised that the truck did have 1 booking before mine. It turns out that the Operations Team had directed them to several bookings before mine. They didn’t arrive until 3.30pm. I had to initiate & persist contacting Clear Sky for updates. I have advised Muval of the unprofessionalism as it effects their reputation. I spent from 9.30am to 5.15pm at the storage units. The owner had to take 2 further jobs after we had finished because of the lateness of my pickup. Goodness knows when he got to close up! I had to reschedule my flight & accommodation so have had to outlay $$$$$$ You need to contact me urgently to provide me with explanations & apologies.
