Eramosa Family Medical Centre

I have used the clinic for a long long time but feel I must move on. With the new log in at reception was not advised if there was anyone before me. So I sat for 30 minutes waitng, only for another patient who came in 15 minutes later than me to be taken in. I asked why evidently they phone poeple and tell them when a doctor is delayed. They did not phone me. I think if I arrive on time I should be attended to in line with any other patient who is actually waiting in the waiting room before me. This is not a good thing, so as along time patient I am now looking to go elsewhere. At 70 plus dollars a little advice is needed.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 30 years. The majority of GP’s are caring and competent professionals. However over the years I have 3 members of my immediate family with serious ongoing medical issues that have been misdiagnosed and down played. My son is now in hospital with a fentanyl drip after being prescribed nurofen by the most senior GP that didn’t even see him.

When Petrol stations gouge $46 for a box of 2 Rapid antigen tests, somehow I can understand this. But when I step into medical centre and a prominent sign informs me about availability of a box for $46, this feels like a pure profiteering. I do recall in not so distant past the clinic charged $2 for a mask. This makes me think whether I want to continue using it's services..

I recently moved house so Eramosa is a bit out of the way for me. But I have decided to stick with this medical centre. It's so much easier to get an appointment in this centre, even last minute. My experience with Dr Usha is especially worth mentioning. Granted it's only telephone conference, a follow up from my first one last week. I couldn't fine any open slot through the app and managed to talk to the receptionist by phone. Dr Usha was then kind enough to make time to call me back. Thank you!

Have been going to Eramosa Family Medical Centre for over 15 years and cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention received by all staff. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, I've been coming to Eromosa for years now but today just topped any visit I've had. My 4 month old had a reaction to his vaccinations 5 hours after getting them, I rushed him back to the clinic without calling them, the reception staff could tell I was stressed as I was crying when I walked in, they quickly got me and my child into a room and we had a nurse and a doctor checking in and helping for over and hour with us until my son had calmed down and was feeling better. It was amazing service and I'm so thankful for them all today ❤️

Been looked after by Eramosa for 20 years. Just the best doctors and friendly staff. Always supportive especially Dr Josh and all of the nursing staff

It is much disappointment and frustration that I write this review.I felt mocked by the GP when I came in with my intermenstrual bleeding, large blood clot during menstruation, fatigue and weight gain issues. All I got was a blood test and a comment about how this was more about vanity. The embarrassment of that comment has caused significant grief within myself. It is 3 months on and I am still stuck with the same issue with my weight increasing with little understanding as to why. I paid $$$ for that appointment and have nothing to show for it.Eramosa was highly recommended and that is why I booked an appointment originally. I am absolutely frustrated with the lack of care.My appointment was made with Dr Samantha Harris.
