Jack was such an inspiring mentor! Before the course I knew little about freediving but he was willing to teach me through. His method was never about forcing yourself out of your comfort zone, but about expanding it little by little through learning what's going on with your body and how to be relaxed.I was able to hold breath for over 2 mins and hit the 20m mark on the 2nd day!He keeps the instructor to participant ratio very low so we had a lot of time to dive and receive a feedback individually.100% recommended!

I did the wave 1 course and it was amazing. Jack is a really great guy and really loves freediving and teaching people how to do so as well. He makes everyone feel comfortable and progress in their own pace. Before this course I could only dive a few meters and on the second day I went to 17 meters. I really enjoyed my time and can't recommend this course enough!

If you’re thinking about booking with freedive FNQ… do it !!!I had an absolute blast learning to freedive with Jack last weekend. He was calm, kind, patient with all of us and made everything super fun and super safe. We had a pool session on the first day and lake session on the second. He’s a cairns/atherton local and you can feel his deep passion for freediving throughout the course. He also takes some epic photos of you as part of the course!
