Unfortunately I suffer from chronic Urinary incontinence & Interstitial cystitis meaning I struggle to hold my bladder.On Monday he 28th December 2020 I was driving through the main street and googled closest Petrol Station with customer bathroom & found Riverwood BP" I am not a local and not at all familiar with the area.Also I felt I should spend some money there before asking for access to the bathroom. ( I spent $20.00 )At the counter I needed to wait for the Indian cashier to finish the deep Punjabi conversation with his friend or co-worker he was having

I live local and I am a regular customer for this petrol station. I always refill 2 or 3 x 9kg gas bottles at this shop. I drove in on 28/09/2021 at about 5:50pm to refill 2 x 9kg gas bottle. As I reversed my vehicle to park where the gas bottle refill is, I saw a shop attendee standing behind the counter. As I walk in to pay for my gas bottles refill, it is a different attendee, He said, they can not serve me, I asked, why. He then said, the other attendee finished early, I said to him it's no good. The other attendee still in the office. I have to drive all the way to Bankstown for my gas bottles refill cause I am cooking on gas stove. This is not the first time staff doing it to me, I will never go back to this petrol station for a car refuel or gas bottles refill. Staffs are being lazy,

To whom it may concern,I just wanted to let you know that I just went to A BP Gas station in Riverwood/Peakhurst NSW right opposite the Police Station ..I am still shocked that the attendant refused to take coins for my fuel he was so rude and raised his voice at me once I asked to speak to the manager and literally yelled at me GET OUT..!!!I can’t believe it he said give me a card or a note I don’t want coins I don’t want to sit here and count this and began to verbally abuse me so ofcoarse I did in return tell him that I will make sure management will hear about this..!!!I am shocked at the service of this gas station it’s not the first time I’ve had bad customerService here but for me this was icing on the cake..!!!The worst customer service ever I would like to know why BP is refusing to accept coins or was this just the attendants own choice because it’s a 2 second inconvenience to the attendant to count..!!??Regards

Competitive priced fuel got me in the driveway.I liked the guy on the counter. Eye contact. Cheerful greeting. Receipt without having to ask. Didn’t try and sell me a Monster with a king size Mars Bar for 3 cents off per litre.You get those bits right and you’re into the finals. Well done, Digger.Plus nostalgia overwhelms me whenever I’m in Riverwood.

Guy who is there is so rude and unhelpful no manners at all. Aussie guy get a grip mate or go somewhere else please you need an attitude check.Every time I go and he is there he’s just surly and rude but the other staff are great.Yep it’s not a cafe lol and this servo is very limited in what it has to offer.

Best fuel station. The price is cheap and all the staffs and good. Had a overcharge issue but the manager solved it asap.Will definitely recommend it to my mates.

Running low on diesel i gavè it a drink and nearly had a heart attack at the price hehe cheerd

Worst 24 hour servo in Sydney, sometimes im either heading to a work shift really early or got off the last train or a night bus, and without fail whenever I come to get a coffee or whatever when im either going to work or nearly home the wokers here always make me wait 10-30 minutes outside alot of the time, tonight waited about 30 minutes before I was let in when someone else arrived to get something aswell, and the other night I waited a while,, coulden't see anyone and I realised the guy working there was hunched over on his phone the entire time, these have got to be the laziest people ever, ive never had this experience at any other 24/7 Servos in Sydney.
