Bought 2 products from store and both defective within one month, stop selling garbage. Yeah you are happy to organise a refund, but I am not as its inconvenient. I expect products to last longer than a month!!!!!! of normal use. You realise how inconvenient it is. Product replacements were better adjusted reviews

In this crisis period of covid-19, the old lady there was not very friendly, kind of racist. Just because we have asian faces, shouted at us about social distancing, when I realized that, she already left. The truth is we kept a good distance with the shop assistant and she’s helping us getting the pot we were interested. Have no idea why suddenly the old lady just shouted at us, kind of scarred me.

Recently I came in to purchase a set of knives as a Christmas present. Without much of an idea of what would be a good choice, Meg spent time with me explaining the differences between each set and what each knife is typically used for; whilst making sure other customers in the store were also being looked after. The present was very well received and I can't recommend Matchbox and Meg enough for their service.

I went into the shop today because good deals are on, my 3yr old broke 2 cups, the beautiful shop assistant cleaned up straight away with a smile on her face saying it's OK. She and the manager/owner? both said as long as my kid is OK that is all it matters, I wanted to pay for the loss, they asked me not to worry. The 2 cups are not that expensive, but the fact they care about the customers is really warming, the shop is not super close to where I live but I will definitely go back, just for the service. It's worth the travel. Will recommend to friends too
