dusk Hornsby

I have been long time member of dusk and you got to credit the staff at westfield hornsby. Store staff will suggest product based on your interest. I have recommended dusk products for my photography friends. My studio smells great with their products and my clients love it.. The shop is loaded with products, it can get bit tricky if you walk with pram and kids...

Staff always there to help, nice collection. Will definitely recommend.

It is beautiful place to visit and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Products are pretty wonderful. Services are not good. Just shopped this morning, have no idea why the staffs did not respect the costumer. Don’t feel like being treated as a customer, more like I did something weird, actually I did not. I just popped in to get some presents for my friends. Maybe the only reason is the girls are too young or I’m Asian.

I visited here for a gift for my girlfriend yesterday and the worker , Karina, helped me pick out the perfect set of candles that she loved. She was so helpful and knowledgable and even taught me how to properly burn and take care of the candle.

What a dreadful experience in store this morning. I wanted to purchase several items but needed the salesman to get me one of the items in a box. I had been waiting for some time and had let those who had been waiting longer go first. No problem. He told me he was going to serve someone else first. I asked why and was told that she had been waiting. I said so have I and was told ‘yes but she’s buying something’. I reiterated that I was also buying and he angrily told me to wait and then walked away from me. I asked if he was the store owner and he completely ignored me. I asked again and was again ignored so I walked out. I would have complained to the store owner there and then. I have never experienced this rude behaviour from dusk in the past and shan’t in the future because I won’t be going back to dusk again. He was the only male service (I use the term loosely) person in the shop so you know who you are. Shame on you dusk! Get rid of this person - he is a liability to your company.
