The customer service I experienced was second to none. I made a minor mistake with my online order which was readily corrected -no fuss.Lauren was extremely flexible with the timber mod kits of which there are several versions. Not all can easily be seen on the internet and also there are multiple iterations even of the same order type so it was somewhat confusing.Steve was (very patiently) able to assist visually with the available options, and allowed me ultimately a last second change of mind to make sure I was absolutely happy with every aspect of my purchase. I felt no sales pressure at any point.With admin staff working from home, and on-site staff facilitating a socially distanced product pickup from back delivery gate, the team are still running like clockwork and have not missed a beat during these trying COVID times.I feel completely reassured with this level of service of any after-sales advice and support and would be happy to recommend anyone to La Marzocco for all their coffee machine needs.

Bought a linea micra today. Was walked through by Nick who was helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about the brand and business. Although I've made coffee for years and have had a number of prosumer machines, it was a daunting task going into the store to be surrounded by coffee aficionados. But Nick was patient and took the time to listen to my needs and questions. I was thoroughly surprised after my purchase for him to also offer a lovely takeaway tumbler for keepsake having heard how much I appreciated takeaway tumblers. This is going above and beyond by taking an extra step and adding that personal touch that is so often lost in retail sales today. Thank you Nick and the team - I am thoroughly impressed with the machine and I am thankful for your help.
