First Impressions Dental (Joondalup Smiles)

My first time in a dental clinic in over a decade and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Friendly and helpful service from all staff at the clinic. I will be going here from now on!

I asked my mum if she could recommend a dentist to me and she said Dr. Elmofty at First Impressions Dental is great. And of course, mum is right!I went to the clinic last week and had a very positive experience. I actually enjoyed my visit, which is rare for the dentist! The staff were lovely to deal with, and very welcoming. Dr. Elmofty was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. I look forward to bringing my husband and daughter to this clinic too. I think my 3 year old will love the experience!

I recently completed a root canal treatment at Joondalup Smiles Dentistry.During my initial visit a full examination was given followed by an outline of the root canal procedure and expectations along with the cost.As a nervous patient I am pleased to advise that all staff members took care to ensure that I was comfortable and ready to commence the procedure.Throughout the procedure Dr Ahmed informed me of progress whilst checking I was comfortable before continuing. The root canal now complete, the after care followup was very much appreciated. My daughter got her tooth half knocked out at school , I called First Impressions Joondalup and they could get me in straight away . Everyone was so friendly and my daughter loved the tv on the roof . Already booked another appointment for a check up ⬆️

Grand opening day. The practice is under new management and had a complete make over. Amazing experience with Dr Silas, very friendly and welcoming staff and a great environment.Update, Dr Silas and his team is amazing!!! I've never had a clean so gentle and didn't hurt! They gave me plenty of breaks as well which was very nice.

A friendly and warm welcome awaits me every time I've been here. The wonderful reception staff to the dentist have the most kind and gentle way. As a nervous visitor my mind is always put to rest. Now the entire family visit and the kids have no trouble jumping in the chair. The TV on the ceiling certainly keeps them entertained.
