Their qualified management team and architects assisted me with their professional suggestions and ideas towards the completion of my house. They have high standards in building houses and their use of high-quality materials and professional trades along with their knowledge and experience in building, brings them among the top builders in South Australia.

Professional and timely in putting together their construction tenders. Good communication from the team throughout the project and proactive in looking to prevent issues from occurring.

We had a dream build, was finished a lot earlier than we expected and we could not be happier with the finished product! From the design process to the day we received the key, the complete process could not have gone any smoother! I was really surprised to read the previous review - as our experience with Bettio could not have been further from that! In the 3 years since my husband and I sub-divided and built two homes with Bettio I have recommended them to everyone - and 2 of our friends have already built their dream homes with them too! ... We couldn't be happier. These guys are a professional family run business who really care about their clients. Like most builds, we had a few hiccups along the way - but ultimately Manu - the project manager - always came through for us. Even the few minor issues we've had in the past few years - they have happily organised to come back and fix at no cost to us. We are now planning another build next year and will happily use Bettio again.

I recently got handover from Bettio on a townhouse which was one of thirteen built. Overall I am happy with the product. I was given many options from the builder and they catered to my requests. Manu always answered my questions in a timely manner and was very patient with my various requests. Rino has been excellent getting things done because as well all know no building is perfect and things need fixing up. Now I am living in my place I am very satisfied with the final outcome and very proud of my house. The only issue was a large time delay which was partly due to council action over the land, bad weather and general building issues. I would build with Bettio again for sure.

I built with Bettio in the Lightsview precinct in Northgate (Adelaide). We recommend Bettio Building Contractors. They undertook the arduous task of the construction of our two storey house in Beaumont SA in 2013 after the Building Company with whom we initially signed a contract went into liquidation. It proved to be a challenge to finish a partially constructed building which was left exposed to the environmental elements until the legalities due to the collapse of the previous Builders were sorted out. However, Bettio Construction successfully completed the building to our satisfaction.Paying attention to detail has been one of Bettios’ strong points. A few mistakes which we could not have picked up were identified and corrected by them when they took over the job.It is very much to the credit of Bettio Construction that we are able to enjoy living in our home without any major issues since December 2013.Recently this year, Bettios was involved in the renovation of one of our Commercial Properties on Fullarton Road, Norwood SA. We were very satisfied with their workmanship. The completion of work on schedule deserves special mention.The fact that we still continue to contract them demonstrates the trust and confidence we have in this Company.Finally, we are pleased to say that Bettio Building Contractors maintain a staff that is loyal, helpful and friendly.
