We have been experiencing constant issues with our intercom and security system for over two years and have spent a lot of money engaging technicians from other companies on 'repairs' which never fixed the root cause of the issue. The six different companies that we spoke to came to the conclusion that a full replacement of the intercom and security system would be required to the impacted 25+ homes after their investigations.Luckily for us, WIS Security came to a different conclusion than the other companies. They systematically diagnosed the issue and was able to give us the confidence that they are real specialists in the industry. We were extremely happy when they repaired the intercom and security system without the need for a full replacement of the system.We highly recommend WIS Security to anyone who is looking for an intercom and security specialist.

Excellent service and highly skilled technicians that resolved an building CCTV and intercom problem literally within minutes that three other companies had failed to fix. I was referred to this company by others that had similar positive experiences and have been delighted with the outcome.

Called them and approached their stall for many times, they always said will contact their boss then let us know..but mostly they never reply you or organise for you. Even we are the customer that use their product/services, they will just let you wait and wait and wait...

I asked them to install the CCTV system and smart digital lock for me a month ago. I also bought their WIS GO2 for my parents, which ensured the safety of my parents' car. The service is very satisfactory to me.

The quality of the product is poor, the communication of the team is poor, the after sales service is poor. Overall, if any chance that I can select lower than 1 star, I will do. Have a looking the attached image that been taken from their system which has been installed at our home. Called them many times to fix the problem, nothing has been improved.I believe that any product from Bunnings will work better than this, and I've spent thousands on this ridiculous products.
