Cate sold us our home in Wulagi back in Dec 2020. We appreciated her knowledge, honesty and commitment to her job. She's not your stereotypical agent that's after a quick buck, instead she wants to find the right house for your family. We also found the pricing extremely fair. Rang about properly on her sales listing on 8 September 2022, returned email with request for further information and today is 13 th September and still no reply to my email requesting further information.I wonder if seller is aware I am interested in buying her property but at this stage not helped by her agent!!!
