Very very bad experienced with staff, today I visit in their salon to do nail extension and waxing, but staff sooo rude they even don’t know how to deal with customers. I was there for 2 hours and in that time they only talk with the other staff in their langauge not in English. I asked to staff to help for something and refused it. And when I they did my waxing they very rude and then I left it there.

The WORST pedicure and service I've ever experienced. They don't know what they are doing. They're just going through the motions. Knowing within 5 minutes Id need to go elsewhere to have my pedicure done properly, I told them not to worry about the colour. I was in the chair for 10 minutes, no massage, no proper treatment to my toe nails, and they charged $40!!!! I had wanted to get sns manicure done but they were so unhelpful in finding the colour I was looking for I'd decided before the pedicure started to skip getting my hands done.It was just bad. They don't care, not helpful and then charged premium prices. I don't care what it costs ... as long as they do a professional job. Nothing professional about this.
