These guys are dead set legends! the meat they have is always top notch and fresh, they are super friendly and happy to help you with any questions that you might have. i highly recommend the butterflied lamb legs they are BEAUT-TI-FUL!!!

Great friendly family owned business. Paul, Tammy and the team are always helpful. Produce is fresh and tasty and a great variety available. Ready made meals make it easy for busy mums, just simply buy and cook. Great butcher in Thornleigh.

Do not bother with the big supermarket on offer at Thornleigh market, go direct to Paul and Tammy at Prime Valley Cuts (Meats).Since opening, we have been there almost everyday for our fresh meat for dinner, including a huge birthday celebration, and we have never been disappointed.Ribs, fresh made sausages, T bones, pork chops, kebabs, even a left over cut for the family dog, there is something for every carnivore.I want to try the meat pies next!
