Dr Jess was fantastic with my dog Duke. He can be a little scared at times and she, along with her staff, were very patient and kind with him. Dr Jess communicated with us during the day he stayed and let us know what time he would be having dental so we didn’t stress about him and when to pick him up. His teeth are pearly white again and his breath is so much better. Couldn’t have asked for better care of my fur baby! Thanks VetHQ Darlo team

Jess is the best vet I’ve ever been to! She’s super friendly, hilarious and highly professional. She literally saved my kitten when I got him to see her. I have recommended her to everyone I know that has a pet and at the moment 5 of my friends have pets that go there! The space is always clean and the girls at the desk are absolutely lovely! We have been taking our little dachshund (Scrabble) here for about 4 years now. After trying a few different vet's in the area, we decided to stay strictly with Vet HQ which has been a great decision.Our little dog is deaf and has some behavioral problems. This has never been an issue with all the staff at Vet HQ. They have always been accepting of how difficult he can be and always manage to help us and him regardless.As I said, all the staff has been incredible but most notably Jess. Jess is by far the most thorough, considerate and caring vet I've ever met. She is so good with our dog, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what's best for him. Not only this, she's extremely patient with us as owners.Thank you to Jess and all of the staff at Vet HQ. We feel very good knowing our little Scrabble is in such good hands!

Helpful, caring and warm.I was going to cancel my appointment as I thought a vomitting cat is normal. Nope. They insisted I bring my cat Dolly in and I'm SO very glad they did.They helped us by booking in an emergency room visit for her at SASH after an abnormal liver result. She has 2 gallbladder stones and needs full removal of gallbladder. Very serious condition and cause still to be identified.They gave our cat Dolly the best care and helped to diagnose an abnormality with her liver readings that lead to identifying a bigger issue. Thanks so much.

Highly recommend Vet HQ Darlinghurst for your furry family members. Our Boston Terrier Franco has received the most professional and nurturing care. Each interaction has truly exceed our expectations. Whether it's castration, airway surgery, virus, a dew claw injury or skin irritations, the team can solve it. Franco receives so much love and treats each visit it's absolutely no drama getting him inside. The team also process our insurance claim on the spot. Thank you Vet HQ Darlinghurst team!!

We’ve been taking our puppy Remy here for a couple of months since we got him, and every vet we have seen has been absolutely amazing. They are all extremely friendly, give us so much good advice, and are amazing with the dog. The people working at the reception desk are also lovely, they even encouraged us to drop in on walks (we live close by) which we have done a couple of times, and they always give Remy some enthusiastic pats and a treat - and now he’s so excited every time he has to go in. Can’t rate them highly enough.

As a bulldog owner, I’ve probably been to over 20 vets across Sydney in the last 5 years. I can say with confidence that Dr. Jess, Dr. Bri and the team at Vet HQ are by far and away the best. I’ve never been to a more comprehensive and knowledgeable veterinary practice. They completely turned around the health of my little guy Rocky and I’m extremely thankful for all they’re help. Value for money and fantastic service! Highly recommended!

Excelent team, they really care about pets.My Chelsea suffers from her pancreas and every time that I showed up for an emergency they didn't doubt to take her in. Me move recently to another state and vets here are not the same. We miss you guys
