I came here for a pedicure today. The store wasn’t busy but it felt very rushed. They missed quiet a few steps including buffing the nails to make the surface smooth which made the end result very uneven.

Awful experience. Was left with acetone soaking on my nails for over an hour then charged for the removal of my polish when in fact I had to remove the acetone and foil because it burnt my skin

Without a doubt, the BEST nail salon in Melbourne! You are made so welcome by all of their lovely staff. Tracey and Van' S warm welcome to all of the clients goes a long way! That is customer service! They are the best! Love going there! ♡♡♡

Best nail place I have ever been to. I have been back and forth to many different nail places, but none compare to Tracey & Van Nails. The service is always fantastic and the staff are so kind and accommodating to anything you might want. Highly recommend.

I went in for a pedicure on a Sunday late afternoon, thinking it would be relaxing I was rushed in and out within 15 minutes. My feet were not soaked they were barely in the water.The shop was not busy!The whole service was rushed and extremely disappointing!! I still had dry skin on the feet!Will not be returning.

We( myself daughter & son) went there 4 days ago for meni cure & pedicure ready for a family wedding.We had the most professional friendly warm services. Will be happy to return anytimeHighly recommend the place

The place was very busy and instead of telling my friend and I to come back later they left the acetone on for too long and rushed through the service. No care was taken so my toe was cut (bleeding) yet we were there for an hour and a half for a Shellac pedicure. Not returning.
