Went to bp on Thursday. Paid cash for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich at a price of $5.50 scanned my rewards card, only to find that I had been charged another $10.45 at a total cost of $16.00 to me. Went and spoke to the duty manager this morning who stated it was not their problem and I would have to take it up with bp points buisness.Won't be spending 700- 800 dollars to fill up my truck with premium diesel again. I encourage everyone to check your change and keep an eye on your transaction at this place.

Food is well thought about and all of it is very tasty. Big brekkie burgers & gravy rolls are amazing. Cook must be of high standard. Staff friendly all the time too. This is definitely a good stop if you're hungry. You won't be disappointed.

The blonde haired manager/worker here named Deana is super rude and arrogant. She has no customer service skills at all, was also very rude to the trainee that was trying to help me out. She should not be working in customer service, or atleast get further training on that matter.

Got out of the car to fill up and nothing happened. Then someone comes over the pa and says the driver has to get out as well for us to fill up . My wife's number plate is very distinct. Is it because we were the wrong colour , I'm Latino and my wife is dark skinned French. We will never go to this BP again.

Used dog wash facility for our very dirty Tibetian spaniel dog. Plenty of room in the wash tubs, water was a bit too hot for little dogs. Shampoo, conditioner and flea products provided in price $10 for 15 minutes. Blow dryer very cold air, could be a bit warmer. Facilities clean and well presented, parking at gateway to dog wash area. Will use again and recommend to dig owners. Cash vending machine or swipe credit card for paymentAll too easy. Great facility.

I purchased a $18 car wash today and machine stoped once soap was all over my car, went to report and a girl was sent out to resetI went back and entered new code to try again. This time the code was not accepted. I gestured to the girl that the machine still not working. She just walked off. Went inside again and another lady came out and tried to get it going. Was told to go through again and machine stopped again at soap stageNot there fault but I would appreciate my money back. That’s not a option. Staff rang someone and was not approved to refund me.$18 refund would be customer service, nothing more nothing less.I paid my hard earned money for a service that was not providedAll I got was a wasted hour of my time and of to find another car washUnacceptable poor service from BP and who ever the car wash partner is.Told someone will call me, how about just give me back my money and we can move on.Terrible terrible service for a company like BPSome customer service policies neededI’ll see if I get a callOh, I was given $2 to rinse the soap of my car.Thanks BP Henley BrookUpdate, after calling this week again for a solution and my refund the female manager Denise told me I would receive a call that day, also saying it is a outside company problem and not BP problem,Still no callsJust excuses and blameService is not getting any better.

I’ve been a frequent visitor for quiet a few years now, This year I received some of the best service I have ever had, Angela goes above and beyond expected service! Angela makes the best coffee, and her customer service is the best I have come across. She is kind and thrives in helping each customer, she is by far the fastest worker in the store and her knowledge of all the store products is amazing. Angela is a one in a million worker. I have witnessed management treat Angela and other workers here as if they are of no value. I can not wait to have another coffee from here, served and made by Angela! She is a worker that goes above and beyond what is expected of her.

I come here a lot to wash my dog and car. It’s the closest one to me (40mins away)There hasn’t been soap in the dog wash the last couple of times I’ve been.Same issue once in the DIY car wash.The auto car wash regularly takes my money saying it hasn’t went through.Time to look for another stop unfortunately
