Great vet. Was a sad visit but they made it a little easier. Cheaper than everywhere else close by too. Highly recommend.

I don't know how to begin to thank the beautiful team here! I seem to have the most horrible luck with vets that have treated my baby horribly and the last vet I went to changed hands and were rude and just constantly telling me I needed more and more tests to prove my beautiful dog was still ok. She was a 16 and a half year old Pomeranian who had a stroke in July 2021 and had several neurological issues, dementia and had lost 30% of her body weight in 3 months. I knew it was her time and I couldn't get in to see my usual vet, which in my opinion was a blessing in disguise. I called the clinic crying and Valerie answered the phone, she was so kind and accommodating and offered to squeeze me in right there and then. I was sitting in the waiting room, quietly crying with Touloumba on my lap and she came over and gave me a box of tissues. Unfortunately, it was her time and I had to say goodbye. The vet is a beautiful man, with an old school ethic, which is very rare and very appreciated. They allowed me to stay throughout the whole process so I could be with her and take my time to say good bye. They were both so lovely, caring and obliging. They made a very sad and painful time for me feel just that little more bearable. Thank you so much for looking after my baby! It meant the world to me.

Such a wonderful team at Keilor Vet. I myself used to be a veterinary nurse but I went to Keilor as a client, to support my parents when it was time to goodbye to their beloved dog. I can honestly say they handled the whole situation from start to finish so beautifully. Very kind and compassionate people, highly reccomend their service. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this vet enough!If it wasn’t for Derek my dog probably wouldn’t be alive right now.I called the clinic and they got us in straight away, did an X-ray, found that my dog had eaten rocks and needed emergency surgery to remove them.I cannot thank them enough.Their kind service has not gone unnoticed!
