I work in IT and Joel has now helped me with 2 PC issues which I was unable to solve myself.Joel's friendly demeanour, approachability & depth of knowledge has meant that he is always a pleasure to deal with.5/5, will continue to utilise his services!

I did my first PC build but whatever reason it dodn't work. So I called up few people (including the computer store that sold the parts). Still, didn't get my PC to work. So I called up Joel. He was genuinely interested in fixing this issue with my PC. Instead of pushing for immediate sale, he started giving me tips what to check. And lo behold, one of motherboard memory sticks was not properly installed. I was able to fix it within 10 seconds and it saved me paying him to show up and fixing it.If you ever need help with computers, call Joel. He's one of the good guys who really cares about your computer problems and is not trying to extract every possible dollar out of you. Big thanks to Joel for helping me with my PC.

Fixed my computer super quickly (macbook) it was not working at all, and Joel fixed it good as new and I've been using it without any problems for years after that. He was also really nice and trustworthy. Would highly recommend

I was visiting Australia from Canada and needed a huge favour from Joel. My wife is a visiting professor and she needed assistance right away so she could get her work done. Joel quickly resolved a hardware issue that had been bugging me for 6 months, helped me troubleshoot via text message to minimise labour costs of his visit, and gave me easy-to-follow pre-visit advice on what parts to buy and where from. All communication about the job was clear, prompt and courteous. He kept his promise to attend on the day he said he would, even doing the job after hours to fulfill that promise. Invoicing was also very straighforward and made it easy for me to pay. I'm semi-familiar with the IT industry and what they normally charge for computer repair, and Joel's rates were very reasonable and affordable, especially for me as a full time student. Oh and he has a good sense of humour, too! Will definitely recommend Joel to my friends.

Joel has been the mainstay of all my computer needs for even longer than the 13 years he has been in formal business. He has grown up with computing and it is, somehow, in his blood.
