Hello Solar

From the first call I made to Hello Solar, everything has been fantastic. Everything they said they would do, was done - and to the highest level. Even when 'dummy me' rang to find out why the normal green light wasn't lighting up at night! Two of the helpful staff (Ahsan and Helen) were in touch straight away. If you are looking for a stress free solar experience, then Hello Solar should be on the top of your list.

I had a good experience with your sales Jenny Slade because she is very helpful and friendly. Everytime i have questions I call her up and very accommodating. I can easily understand what she is saying because she is very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend her to other people.

I would not recommend them. So far it has been 4 months and counting to get my inverter replaced. Energy prices are rising and I have no solar.Consider a company that wants to fix their customers systems promptly and without fuss, rather than shifting blame and offering no alternative resolutions.

Back in December 2022 my inverter stopped working i contacted Hello Solar about my problem but they were closing for the Christmas break and wouldn't be back until 16 Jan 2023 then i got asked for photos which i sent and was told the unit was dead and would be replaced good until you try and get through to them about what is happening about the replacement no one bothered to contact me i had to continually ring the office leave a message told they would ring back by 5pm on the day which never happened the inverter turned up out of the blue still no contact from them so i had to get solar vic involve it had been by this time 38 days not a call back then still no contact for another 14 days then i get a call from them saying what is my problem they are busy and i live in an area that is hard to find qualified trades people and they are having problems doing that ok i get it you don't care about customer service , a phone call at the start to say its going to be hard would of helped it took until the 27 of March 2023 to get it fixed . Yeah NO HELLO SOLAR never would i recommend your company to any one EVER...

Best quality products with good customer care. They have a professional staff who guide's you through the process. Installation was well looked after and the boys did a great job. Will be recommending to friends and family!

As an installer for hello solar they owe me over 10k and won’t pay for the works that has been done. There is no complaints or reason against me for them not to pay me. If a customer doesn’t pay them because they changed the brands of panel/inverter the week of the install then they refuse to pay their installer so everyone else looses money not them. Absolutely bull

The team made the transition to solar very easy. I was lucky to enough to get approved for the rebate on the same day and got installed the same week! Affordable and easy to deal with
