Jayden from the Motorrad service department has been nothing but an amazing person to deal with from start to finish. I was hesitant at first about bringing my motorcycle, but now I am very glad that I did. Thank you, Jayden, and the service team for looking after me and making my experience here at MacArthur BMW Motorrad as stress-free and pleasant as possible. You will definitely not only be seeing me again, but my peers and families.

The service was exemplary and the customer service top class. The staff were pleasant and the shuttle bus driver a true gentleman. I definitely was satisfied with the experience. The car was returned to me well presented and all work carefully done. Very happy with Macarthur BMW!

I recently purchased my first BMW from Macarthur BMW, and the process from end to end with the dealership was fantastic.When deciding i wanted a different colour vehicle to the test drive i undertook, having Jason advise he was able to have it transported from one dealership to another, window tinted and ready to go was fantastic.The business manager i worked with, Tan was great a help, made the process easy, very friendly and kept me constantly updated throughout.From purchase to delivery, i could not recommend Macarthur BMW enough!!

Just want to give a massive shoutout to Ermin who helped in our purchase of a BMW 3 Series. Ermin and Kelvin were both very welcoming and friendly. Ermin’s customer service was top notch, and he was very responsive to our queries, at any time of day! He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Ermin to people I know, and will be a returning customer for sure!

I left my Gs for a 10k service and I didn't like the professionalism of the Bmw Macarthur They broke the oil engine cover, I went to see it after I got home! I rode 30 km to get to Macarthur's bmw, I live in sydney! 3 star for the service !

Just popped in to have a look at some cars as the car me and my wife had ordered (Lexus nx350h) was taking forever to arrive. Was thinking about getting something else. One guy came over then said hey mate before walking away. Found a car my wife liked and we walked inside where he was sitting down looking at his phone. Nevertheless I asked if we could test drive it. The salesmen said “well are you going to buy it” before saying “well I need to see drivers licences” he was so unprofessional and unenthused about the whole process. I wouldn’t be wasting my Saturday to test drive cars if I wasn’t serious about buying them. I think I’ll just wait for the Lexus, who were courteous and professional mind you. Top tip for MacArthur bmw, treat potential customers with a bit of respect and courtesy.
