United Hearts Family Day Care Scheme
Extremely unprofessional, incorrectly informed me that my CCR and CCB were cut off. Wasted half my day dealing with centrelink only to find out if was THEIR mistake! When I have attempted to contact them to rectify the situation and inform them that it is in fact THEIR mistake, no one returns my phone calls. I will be making a complaint to the department of human services!
