I actually found the store quite easily but its a little bit hidden from plain sight. You need to walk towards it from the road and keep an eye for the 35 unit number.The service is really great, I had an issue with the laptop charger I got from them and they easily gave me a refund. Very good people!

Had the specific part I needed, ordered online, picked up a couple hours later.Lovely owner, she is very helpful. I could not be happier with the whole process.

Tracked this place down initially via a popular on line auction store. But I didn't want to wait for delivery time.. it was within 5km so I went down there.. very un assuming little place .. you wouldn't know it was there..Anyway I needed an atx power supply.. asked about the 550w one and I was told discount for pick up.. 40 bucks and 1 week later I can't complain.. supply is quiet looks good and works well.. worth a visit

I emailed them within 9 minutes and informed them my unit number was missing from the address and the package would likely not be delivered. I was informed they were out of stock and would be shipping the order next week but they would be sure to update the address.Surprise surprise, the package did not arrive. I followed up when my tracking advised the delivery had failed and I was assured by the company that the address had been updated as per my request. After some back and forward a new charger was shipped on 12/5/2020 which i received the next day. I thought that was the end of it however I received the mail slip from a neighbor last night and when i went to pick it up, the address was incorrect! I gave it back to the post office as a RTS.Charger works perfectly and was much cheaper than other prices i found.

PRO(s): Ordered a charger on 21/12/20 and received it just few days after christmas. From my experience that is very fast delivery times, especially since it was over the christmas period, where I have experienced many delayed parcels before, and there was the christmas public holiday aswell.I also got confirmation emails for when my order was received and when my order was completed, where I also got my tracking information. So I was updated on my order all the way.CON(s): Australia post did have some issues with my delivery address. Had to call them up myself. But can't really blame this company for that.Overall very smooth transaction and am a very happy customer.
