A Christmas Miracle!I was looking for a surfboard for my daughter for Christmas. Other websites were going to charge $70-$100 for shipping. I found this site on Google and they were selling the perfect surfboard for her at a FREAKISHLY low price! Like, so low that I wondered what was wrong with it. As I went to checkout I dreaded the charge for shipping, but it was only $16!When the surfboard arrived, it was just amazing, like it was made for her. I’m sure that they actually lost money on my sale, but I am going to have one happy girl on Christmas morning.Thanks so much to your fabulous store. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent service, with a can-do attitude and an enthusiasm to help.Backstory - I was competing in the Yarrawonga Mulwala triathlon this weekend. My derailleur hanger was bent during my flight down from Sydney. During the bike reassembly shakedown the bent hanger resulted in broken spokes (rarer straight pull spokes) and an out of true rear wheel. With only an hour or two before race start I turned up unannounced at Action Bike & Ski. They fixed the hanger, tried to fix the spoke - but didn't have the rare straight pull spokes (needed a very specific length), so offered me a spare wheel for the race. FOR FREE. I insisted on paying, they said $20, I gave them $50. Well worth being able to compete. Highly recommended shop.

Shane was terrific to us as we wandered in with our touring bikes. We were ready to set off to Rutherglen but a useless pump was holding us back. We loved his shop, complete with great products & butt cream (much needed!) & televised action of his last mate’s trip to Asia. We could’ve chatted to him all day. Great guy, great service.

I ordered online on the store website and found the experience easy and incredibly quick! The product is exactly as advertised, I used paypal for quick and safe payment, my order was shipped the same day (within 2 hours of ordering) and I received my order within 48 hours via courier (i live in nsw). Fantastic service!

I called the store to get help with an online order and the lady was SO RUDE! It is not my problem that there are only two of you working there and you are so busy". Her response was just "yeah sorry nothing we can do" attitude instead of trying to help! Never buying from you again!"

Friendly service and great advice. We have been customers on several occasions now when we visit Mulwala for holidays. While we live in Melbourne we felt very comfortable ordering a Wakeboard for one of our boys for Christmas over the phone!

Most incompetent, unprofessional, rudest arrogant business I have ever dealt with. They sell items they do not even have in stock and a week after payment was made notify you that they cannot supply item. Then to add insult to injury hang up in your ear and falsely claim they were being abused? How bad are they ? I've ben in their trade forty + years and they just topped, as stated, the worst I have ever dealt with. Congrats guys and well done, only issue being you have topped the wrong end of the scale. We bought a wetsuit from Action Bike and Ski. As stuff happens, it came apart at the seems after 2 day's use. We returned it to Shayne and he gave us a full refund. No issues, no drama. Great business. Please support this small business. You will get great service. Raymond Smit
