Hassle to deal with they sent sick fish in poor condition and as soon as you bring up the issue they blame you then stop replying to you and ignore the issue. I highly recommend against using this company

My fish arrived today & he's perfect!I ordered my fish on Saturday morning and today (Tuesday) he was at my front door! He is exactly as pictured.I would like the tracking services to be improved (maybe more detailed) but other than that, the fish was perfect and looking healthy considering the drive from NSW to QLD.Thanks again you guys I'll definitely purchase again!

I was initially a little worried about online purchasing but the fish that arrived are beautiful, very healthy and exactly as described. A far higher standard than what I've seen at the local petshops 15/10 to Windsor Fish Hatchery

Ordered a gorgeous male oranda. Truly stunning, healthy and active when he arrived and is eating well. Also chasing the ladies round the tank so he got named D'artagnan cos I have a feeling he's a bit of a ladies man :) can't wait to get a male pearlscale next

Writing this review on behalf of my father... Just got my second fish delivered. I was originally worried about having a live fish sent to me but once again it arrived in perfect health and is even nicer than what the photo's and video showed it to be. I would recommend to anyone to buy a fish from Windsor Fish Hatchery. You are not likely to come across fish as nice looking and healthy from an aquarium shop. Will definitely order again. Very impressive fish.
