My friend decided to treat herself and I to a massage. Upon calling Angel Day Spa this morning she was advised there was available appointments this afternoon so we booked in a massage each for 4pm. We arrived at 4pm only to be told they were too busy and to come back another day. Upon telling staff we had called this morning and made the booking and them advising they had appointments available and showing staff the call log to confirm we had called, we were told they couldn't proceed with our booking. Staff then walked away with no apology for their stuff up. Very poor customer service and never going to this place again.
