Flowsafe Plumbing

I used FLWSAFE service today. Theo the plumber was very efficient, came a few hours after my call and changed my shower leaking problem in no time. He also gave me a quote with and without changing new taps. VERY HAPPY with his service.

Highly recommended plumber! I got multiple quotes and Flowsafe was the best in terms of prices and timing! The installation was smooth, quick and Todd was kind and genuine every time we spoke. Cheers Theo and Todd for the new system, I can finally have hot showers again!

I recently had a pipe leak that needed urgent attention due to poor installation done by previous plumber. I found flowsafe through Hipages and Theo arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and fix the leak efficiently. He also took the time to explain what was causing the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. So happy with the service and price was very reasonable too!

My husband hired and paid this plumber upfront. After paying him he said that job couldn't be done after only trying for 15mins. He could have told us before we paid him $500, but he is a scammer. You can try him if you like. But why would you. All his positive reviews are from friends of his and fake.

Quoted 10k for works that claimed needed to be completed. Then once he finished and got paid I discovered he only did half the work he quoted for. When I rang him he claimed he was able to complete the works without the extra work quoted for but wouldn’t be providing any sort of refund. Not to mention the destruction of my driveway by him and Around The Clock Plumbing as they worked together on the excavator (pics attached)to what was previously a nice smooth painted driveway.

It was a pleasure to have Theodore assist us with our plumbing requirements. He was professional, on time and fairly priced.We are glad we have someone that we can rely on any future plumbing related work in our properties.Would highly recommend Flowsafe to anyone!

He advised me that I had clay pipes and were broken & wanted over 8,800 to fix.I had 2 other plumbers come over and advised me they are PVC pipes and just blocked 300.00 for flush & clean with the rods.My house was built in 1990 so couldn't possibly have clay and no breaks. He also advised that the PVC pipes on the outside of the house were cosmetic only & were feeding into the clay pipes.He wouldn't send me a vid from the camera footage as normal industry std and quote was a hand written one line quote, I have asked for a detailed quote via email due to the cost of the job but he has ignored me.

Flowsafe came this afternoon to fix a blocked toilet for us. He was very thorough and ensured that everything was working before he left and He was very understanding and patient when he had to wait for me to move funds around. he wasn’t fazed by my 3 children following him and making strange noises at him and instead interacted with them which not many tradies do which made them more comfortable with a stranger in their space.
