I booked a taxi up from the Spirit Of Tasmania terminal. But then I checked the reviews. OMG! The last handful of reviews were all 1 star only! We waited for 10 mins and thought it's not worth waiting"

Booked taxi for 12noon as my husband is disabled called and call for 40 minutes we are still waiting after finally getting a text message to say the are on their way another 10 minutes

Really disappointed and will never ever go through these guys again.. I had an access visit with my 6 year old for Christmas, CSS booked a Maxi taxi for 1:30pm today which the taxi company had cancelled, I phoned at 2pm which is when I found this out I was told the next one available would be sent, an hour latter my ex partner phone they told him it would be here by 3:30pm by 3:50 it still hasn't arrived so again another call was made still no luck then for over half an hour both myself and ex partner continued to phone and the line would start to ring then cut out saying line is busy there for we was just getting hung up on the taxi finally arrived at 4:30 pm me and my other children now lagit only get 30 mins with him by the time we travel back so just enough time to unwrap gifts... Thanks for reuining my children's Christmas!!!

Friend recommended me this serviceI booked taxi 4 hours before my work but they didn't show up. Waited more than 10 minutes, called more than 5 times no one answered the call. I was very late for my work. Never gonna use this service.
