Master Kitchens and Bathrooms

We chose MKB because there were CAD drawings and a contract. The sole proprietor/builder took on the role of both project manager and tradesman, while delegating more specialised skills to dedicated tradesmen.Some design suggestions by the builder were accepted and others rejected.There were some requirements errors that caused consternation. This was dealt with amicably, though with considerable extra cost. Note taking and the addition of a materials and finishes sheet to the CAD portfolio would have alleviated the problem. The project description in the contract needs better wording.The work was done according to code with the correct water proofing membrane being laid down. The management of the project schedule, scope, tradesmen and quality were excellent. We were very pleased with the final outcome.
