Jagger and Wolf

Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience with Jagger and Wolf. I purchased a floor cushion which has fallen apart in several places 9 months after purchasing. The fabric is coming undone and I can see it has been previously repaired but not to a high standard so these repairs are coming undone.They were very difficult to contact, they didn’t respond to phone or emails over 3 weeks. Finally on Instagram they responded saying they don’t accept returns. However, this is not a return for change of mind, I’m asking for them to replace or refund a faulty item that I paid $230 for. They are not responding to my polite messages anymore so I have no other options that to warn other customers to stay away.Response to owner’s response to review:I contacted you first almost 4 weeks ago: less than 9 months after purchasing. But there was no response for 3.5 weeks. Your response on here was a lot quicker than to my emails/phone calls/social media messages. As stated previously, I’m not asking for a change of mind return/exchange but simply a refund/exchange for faulty item, as I have a right to under consumer law. Your website states there might be “light wear” but the cushion is in very good condition and of high quality. Your product does not fit this description and I’m really disappointed you’re not offering a refund or replacement on a faulty item, as this is fair under consumer law.

Nice crisp clean easy to use website. Placed my order and received it super fast. Their products are beautifully unique, and amazing quality. I absolutely love my cactus silk cushions, they have the best feel to them. Whoever does the selecting and buying of their products has a great eye and knows exactly what is sort after and on trend. Super impressed, wouldnt shop anywhere else. 5*

Really disappointed. Ordered 3 of the cactus silk pillows, which looked amazing when they arrived. But after just a few weeks the stitching has come undone on all three of them…

Non-existent customer service. I ordered a Santorini mirror on 20th of March, spent $2495. I tried contacting them via their website, email, and facebook to check on the ETA. I even tried calling the phone number stated on google but no answer. I understand the mirror was estimated to be delivered after about 10 weeks from the order date and I am happy to wait. (Btw, it’s been 10 weeks and 2 days now and still haven’t heard from them.) However, I would expect and appreciate some response to my multiple attempts to contact the business, especially when I spent a significant amount of money on their product. I don’t generally leave reviews, especially bad reviews as I believe it’s not always the business that’s at fault. However, at this point, I’m losing confidence in this business.

My experience was incredible, everything arrived impeccable, the products are of excellent quality… I highly recommend them, and I will definitely order again. ❣️
