Very helpful staff

I have been going for about four years and the service and the hearing aids have been wonderful. I really would never go anywhere else. Recently I upgraded to new hearing aids and once again the service, the help and the aids themselves are excellent. I am a retired person who spends three or so hours a day listening to music, mainly classical, so hearing aids, and the help and care I get from here are just so important to me. I have complete confidence.

These guys are lifesavers. I had an extremely painful, fully blocked right ear and went to several professionals to have it cleared. Nothing could be done - and my situation was worsening daily. I couldn’t sleep because of the pain, and hearing was at around 5%.As a last resort, my doctor referred me to the Ballarat Hearing Clinic to see if they could sort me out - and boy - they sure did! The specialists at Ballarat Hearing Clinic are patient, thorough, careful and incredibly kind, and I feel lucky to have been seen to by such professionals. Highly recommended.
