Really disappointed with this company! Started off really well now the sales person doesn't bother to call you back as they've got your business signed up and the care factor has diminished. Our phones are leased and are not working properly yet we are told we are to buy new ones if these are not working. My understanding of leasing a product is we don't actually own the product so why should we have to pay to replace a phone they doesn't work to a satisfactory manner. Poor customer service to say the least.

Been with Red Telecom for almost 6 months and have had a very poor experience over the 5 month transition. As a business operator I would not recommend them as a quality Teleco provider. Support is also very poor as it has cost my company thousands in lack of support issues in rectifying issues in a timely manner. Also extremely bad communicators.

We started with Red Telecom and all was going well. Now, however it is all different. It regularly takes over an hour to connect to their call centre, if they answer at all. They never answer emails and if they do it is two to three weeks later. Their Australian based called centre" is now based in The Phillipines.We had direct debit with Red Telecom and they took $1320 from our account for no reason and then claimed they never received it

We used Red Telecom as a recommendation. They charged our card $4k in advance for a service which we never agreed and has took us months to get a refund from them. We have sent emails however they block your IP Address and calls are never returned, Hence Customer Service is Non Existent!! Looking at their google reviews you can easily see there 5 star reviews are fake and are only there to counter the real 1 star reviews. Worst Teleco Company ever!!!!!!

DO NOT even entertain the idea of using red telecom. I have just terminated my contract early after 2.5 years of horrible service, constant drop outs and services being offline for days at a time, to name a few. They are very unreliable, they have very little if any customer support staff and I would not recommend them for any business what so ever. After consultation with the TIO it became apparent that Red Telecom is consistently on their radar. PLEASE take the time to read all the comments and review the profiles of those giving 5 stars as I feel they are fake reviews.

The worst service I have ever had in my life is with this company. I wish they had never called me and i wish I never had the misfortune of doing business with them. They left me with a phone system that was only 30% operational. They wouldn't send anyone to fix their installation error and said that if they had to come back I had to pay for travel (they are in Sydney and I am in Canberra) eventually after 3 months and a huge loss of business I got my own guy to get the system working and went to the ombudsmen and had some success.

If i have my choice again i will never use this company or agree to direct debit for account. Service is hopeless. call several time about issue with drop out. Take forever to get response. Then said cost you to have the problem fix. Did a call out after a long time. Then they agree to come out and i would pay fall it if it was an my faulty system but they would pay if it was their problem. service came out could find out what the problem was but thought it was red telecom network issue. fix it by increased the internet speed. Never heard from them. then 3 months later they deducted money from my account for 4 hours service call. No invoice until i ask for one. Question the invoice and said there was agreement before about payment for service call. The person on the other end dont know anything and keep saying they will query account. No action for weeks despite multiple calls. Put in a on line complaint no response. So still nothing. So my advise stay away.

I've never come across a telecommunications company which lacked this much customer service. I wouldn't recommend Red Telecom to any business! The countless amount of times we've had issues with Red Telecom is something no business needs to put up with! Don't waste your time or energy here! I wish I could rate them negative but I guess this will bring their average google rating down. STAY AWAY!OH! and BTW ALL the recent 4-5 star ratings on here are FAKE! You know how I know this? Click on the persons name and you'll see they're all geographically from the one location - Anytime Fitness in Mascot. You can't fool anyone Red Telecom. Just own your mistakes and look after your customers! Is it really that hard?

I definitely do not recommend Red Telecom company.They are nice till you sign in the contract after don't care at all for their customers.The worse service i had ever in my life, not helpful at all.I would like to give them less than one Star .I send the cordless back to them and i was waiting two months to receive the new one.I ask them to divert the office phone to mob in August till i am waiting for the cordless) still has not been fixed,$180 per hour they would like to charge me to send technician because they don't know whats the problem or how to divert the phone to mob.

When I contacted Red Telecom, I found the Sales Rep was knowledgeable of different services and helped me to choose the appropriate product for me.It didn't stop there, service was delivered as promised. Didn't experience any dramas compared to my previous Telecom provider.They deserve a thumb up. Well done team. Thank you.
