I had a great experience recently. Sol went out of her way to help me apply some fake eyelashes. She couldn’t have been more helpful. My lashes lasted all night!

I had Sol do my makeup for my school ball, I was very happy with how she did it and she made me feel very comfortable through out the entire thing! Definitely would recommend !!

Absolutely disgusting service. I booked to have myself and 2 others to have their makeup done for a wedding. I had booked this in 3 months in advance. I was advised that they do not book so early in advance but will put in my details with time, day and the amount of people. She then proceeded to say that someone will contact me 1 month in advance to proceed with the booking as that is when the do their roster. I left all my details but I never received the call, so I took it upon myself to call them. I was then advised that only 1 person was booked and it was done for the wrong time. The girl proceeded to tell me that the person who I spoke to did not get my number and there for MAC could not confirm the appointment and they can not proceed with the booking. I am now three weeks out from the event I need to attend and no appointment. The girl tried alternative options but nothing worked as all three of us needed it done at the same time. I am so disgusted at this service I would not recommend booking as they may not even do what is needed. Very poor service what is the point of a booking service that you can’t even perform!

You know how you always hear horror stories about Mac, well now I know why. No customer service at all, not one smile and didn’t even look at me. Was very robotic, I understand that some days are just bad ones but like my money that I spend there goes into their paycheck a little more customer service and being nice doesn’t hurt

Love mac cosmetics, especially the lipsticks

I got my 21st makeup done by Sol and OMG I felt beyond stunning! She went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for me (checking what style and colour my dress was, the theme of my party so she could accommodate ect.). Everyone was commenting on how amazing my makeup was! I would recommend Sol to everyone who would listen!!

Only one person employed on late night shopping. Needed shade matching for a foundation but got asked to come back in 30 mins so I did but have been sitting around for ages while she is busy with other customers who came in after me
