I’ve been using a Brita filter jug for 5 years when previously renting but always meant to get a water filter system installed in my own homeThis was recommended by my plumber when I asked for advice.It is a stylish tap that fits perfectly on my smaller kitchen sink.The flow of water from the tap is excellent & has a lovely clean tasteIt is also a relief that I won’t have to pay for & change the jug filter so every month.

I contacted Puretec with a leaking 3 way tap of their manufacture. Customer service responded quickly with the part number of the available kits and the years of manufacture that the part numbere4 related to along with an instruction sheet on how to effect the fix plus companies that stock the product. The job was made so easy for me!

In these days of calling, being placed on hold for ages then told ‘your call is important to us’ the folks at Puretec were a breath of fresh air. Recently intalled a system for our house, it really works well and our water( tank) is beautifully clean again, we are now confident to drink it again. Some years ago we purchased a small portable unit which we used to take camping, it really worked well and this in some way gave us confidence to purchase a larger sysem. Installation was efficient and friendly(Fleurieu Pumps), so all in all a really good experience, combined with great follow up.
