Your menu is so misleading as it does not mention the size or does not give options to add on etc . Should have just gone with domino’s . This pizza I paid 27$ just 4 slices …. Are you kidding me …. Total waste . It’s smaller than the small size . Pls don’t rip people like this . Do business with some ethics .

First of all hand to ring store to find out where pizzas were then told driver hadn’t left shop , then driver couldn’t find my address. So I had to go looking for him. Said I hope my order is hot, said yes , unfortunately order was cold potato gems , pizza cold. Then tried to phone store and of course not answering their phone. I won’t be ever buying pizzas from Pizza Hut Woodvale lift up your standards . People work hard for their money these days and expect decent food to put on table.

The chicken and bacon pizza we ordered barley had any toppings. Completely unacceptable for the price tag we paid adding to it the Sunday surcharge only to get a peace of bread with a smeared sauce on it.

Been using pizza hut woodvale regularly recently. however on Tuesday I placed an online order at 12.30 for delivery at 16.45 as I was leaving the house at 17.10. Pizzas finally arrived at 17.03, no apology or explanation. I lodged a complaint - 1739462 - heard nothing. Called today, left on hold for over 8 minutes listening to William Tell Overture. Very unimpressed

Very disappointedOrdered pizza, pasta and moussePizza was nice but the pasta was hard from being cooked with no sauce on it and very small size for the price.The chocolate mousse was frozen and took an hour to defrost.After reading previous complaints/ reviews I can see that nothing has been improved or rectified with other customers and don’t see it changing in the future.It’s a shame cause with a little care this business could thriveWon’t be ordering again

Decided to come here for dinner tonight for the very first time ( 26/10) and ordered an half ‘n half meatlovers/veggie sensation pizza with garlic bread and a 1.25L drink. I was served by a lovely woman behind the front counter, she was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what I wanted with her great suggestions she had great customer service skills . The pizza I ordered was very very good and so was the garlic bread. I’m very impressed and I’ll be coming back here soon!
