The lady was very nice, but was unhappy with what was received. I asked for two colors in particular for a reason and what was made was a rainbow of different flowers, colors and flowers with many colors on one flower. I had asked specifically NOT for this, now I wouldn't mind but paying almost $80 for flowers, I would like what was asked, maybe within reason. Not impressed and not recommended.

Thank You Lyn at Malpara Florist for your most wonderful and caring Service and Beautiful Flowers for my Mom on her 79TH Birthday.My mother's 79th Birthday was on a Sunday. Being interstate, I could not be there in person to buy her flowers. On the day prior to my Mom's birthday, Saturday, I searched Online and could not find any florist open on Sunday and also Local couriers did not work on Sunday, so I was left with no other options than a PRAYER.This Prayer was answered in the form of Lyn from Malpara Florist.I called Lyn on the Day before, which was a Saturday, with just 15 minutes of trading time remaining. As I was driving, I told Lyn that I would call her back to discuss my order after I pulled over off the road. Unfortunately, I did not get to call her back until 10 minutes after closing time. I tried in vain to make connection with Lyn, the phone rang-out each time. But it was after hours now, and I felt even more discouraged that I would not be able t have flowers delivered to my mom for her Birthday.The next morning, Sunday, WOW, Lyn called me to see if I still needed help with my order, YES, PLEASE MA'AM, i said! Suddenly, I felt a weight lifted off my chest... From this moment on, Lyn took charge of everything.Lyn created a Beautiful pot arrangement of Flowers with eatable Chocolates attached to the Flowers, she created a Beautiful Tropical Fruit Basket, and she even went and shopped for the fruits and for a special 79th Birthday Card for my Mom.WOW! Lyn went above and beyond in her care to providing the most assisting, thoughtful, and caring service to me.I had a family member contact Lyn to pick up the Flowers to deliver them to my Mom. My mom was extremely happy and impressed with the gifts and of the quality of how Beautiful Flowers and the Fruit Gift Basket were... These gifts with the beautiful Birthday card made her day and her birthday! Had it not been for Lyn at Malpara Florists, my mom would have had a mediocre birthday and I would have felt really bad that I could not arranged anything for her.Thank You LYN, for your Expertise, and your caring and beautiful Heart that went into making my Mom's 79TH Birthday a very special and enjoyable one.I very highly recommend Lyn at Malpara Florist, I give her 5 STARS rating for every area of Professional;ism, Expertise, Customer Support, and for going above and beyond in her duty in Customer Care for her customer.Thank You Lyn and Malpara Florist.
