After two months engaged with two construction companies for our duplex project, none of them are knowledgeable about CDC requirements or council policies or want to listen to us. When we felt lost, one of my friends referred Cadi development to us. Just one week after we had a meeting with Sunny and his team, they provided us a fantastic floor plan and a façade design based on our requirements and preference. We are delighted with their designs, modern, spacious, and ticked all our boxes. Sunny and his team is very professional and experienced. They know the business and always provide the best solution to any issues during the design and CDC application. Cadi’s architecture and design team are easy to work with. Their communication is excellent. We received the update from them weekly so you know where your project progress.
