The Brighton

Booked a single room on the second floor and the room is spacious. There's an air conditioning unit in the living area but only a fan in the bedroom. The balconies are spacious too and the room we got had two balconies; one accessible from the living area and one from the bedroom.The location is good too as it is close water and the Main Street.The only complain I had is that the bed comprises of two single beds joined together, so the middle section of the bed is uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Brighton to deliver a training session in their conference room.The conference room was in good condition with all of the necessary equipment available and in good shape.The room was clean and comfortable.What made my stay really great was the people. The owners are genuinely nice people with a warm and welcoming attitude. They ensured that everything went well with the conference room, and were gracious to the guests I was training.I would definitely stay here again, and recommend thos hotel to others.

I would not call this a 4* hotel, rather a 3* motel. Serves a purpose, with no frills. Cheap amenities, people smoking on balconies with smoke coming in, naff.

Clean very easy access to everything comfortable bed was nice to sit on the balcony and take in the view. Was a piece on mind knowing my car was safe would stay again

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake.The Brighton has good size contemporary styled rooms. Location is superb an free parking is always a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful.It will definitely be our number one choice when returning to Toronto.

Did an overnighter here recently with the family. We got a courtesy call prior to checking in and clear instructions given around the process for when we got there. We had a double room with a kitchenette which was great for us to give the milk bottles a good clean and sterilize in the good sized microwave. Other places we stayed the sterilizer didn't fit in which was always a hassle. The living area, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean. Towels were out ready for us to use and even the aircon had been put on to cool the rooms down. We spent the night and left in the morning refreshed.

Rooms looked clean but utensils were not good enough to use. The toaster was rushed from inside. We booked two separate rooms here but got only one secured parking because as per them this was group booking so they can't provide 2nd parking. There are free places around to park but secure parkings. So be mindful of parking situation

Great place to stay close to all amenities.

Stayed here with my 8 month old and I highly recommend it. Nice and CLEAN. We were able to use the kitchen and bathroom without having to clean them first. As far as I'm concerned, it's rare to find a clean place to stay especially when you have a baby. In fact, we slept in the bed and on the pillows without using our own! My baby was able to roll around on the floor and I wasn't worried it was dirty or hadn't been vacuumed that day. The unit was set out perfectly and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The cutlery was clean, so were the microwave and fridge. All our amenities were supplied.. shower gel, soap, washing liquid, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer! The unit is perfectly set out and located across from the lake and a short walk to the main street. The managers and receptionist were exceptional. I am not rating because I know the people that run the place. Im giving my rating in detail so you know what to expect. I am grateful for the experience and will definitely stay here again.
