JP Bodywise Remedial Massage
Great professional remedial massage. Jane took the time to go through my ailments and addressed them during the remedial massage treatment. After the 60 minute treatment I come out feeling rejuvenated and feeling pain free. Highly recommend Jane from JP Bodywise.

I booked in with Jane as I have been suffering from ongoing lower back pains and decreased mobility/stiffness throughout my back and shoulders..Janes holistic approach to health has been incredibly helpful as not only did the massage immediately improve mobility and pain. Jane also showed me stretches to do at home between appointments and taught me a breathing technique that has made a dramatic improvement for my anxiety and general day to day well-being - I cannot thank her enough for this and I will be incorporating regular visits into my health & fitness journey !

Went in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage to address some muscle imbalances and tension that I've accumulated over time and am very happy with the service that I received. Being involved in long course triathlons the extra range of movement in shoulders, knees, hips is welcomed and definately was acheived after this session.
