Great experience from start to finish. Super helpful administration, friendly vet nurse, and very professional vet team. We were able to access a consult and treatment super quickly, and were provided with constant updates as we waited in the foyer. Would recommend for any vet emergency.

Excellent service from this beautiful state of the art facility. Very caring and compassionate staff who took wonderful care of my darlings (on two separate occasions now). It is comforting to know this clinic is available to service the outer east.

Brand new so pristine. Lovely staff. I was happy with my dog's treatment. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because there's a coffee shop but it wasn't open!

VetLand were absolutely fantastic with my little dachshund over Easter when he somehow got into chocolate. They let me bring him in with no hesitation and looked after him to the best of their abilities.The practice is amazing too. I’m so so grateful for your help. Thanks again team.

About two weeks ago, my husband and I went out for dinner and came back found our 3 1/2-month-old kitten's left eye was completely swollen, the eyeball was almost invisible. We were absolutely shocked, not know what happened we feared the worst. Fortunately, we live pretty close to Vetland, so we rushed over immediately.When we arrived, we were received by Vetland’s nursing staff and Dr. Rafael, who’s really compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. After a thorough examination of our kitten's eye, he concluded it’s a severe allergic reaction. Dr. Rafael gave our kitten on going and really effective treatments over the new couple of weeks, and he has complete recovered now.I am truly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Rafael and the entire team at Vetland, who are all very friendly and compassionate. I was also impressed by the animal hospital's enormous size and clean modern interior, which is quite rare for an animal hospital in Australia.I will definitely come back to Vetland for my fur babies’ health needs in the future.

I was devastated to have to put my best friend down. But Vetland staff were attentive, accommodating and patient with me on one of the worst days of my life. They were kind and empathetic and gave honest advice, they were upfront about their fees and treated my girl with the upmost compassion, almost as if she was their own. And then, that following week they had flowers delivered to my house which was so lovely and thoughtful. Highly recommend. First off, I'll say the staff are fine. Nothing wrong with the customer service. This vet, however, is so overpriced. I got quoted $3200-$3600 to treat my dog, with the initial 12hr treatment costing $1400 and then up to $800 for each 12hr period after that, so up to $1600 for 24hrs. I paid for the initial 12hrs, but then I moved my dog to my local vet. My local vet charged me $450 for the EXACT same treatment over a 24hr period. This includes my dog staying overnight, IV drip medication and two lots of blood tests. So, to repeat, had I continued my dog's treatment with Vetland, I would have paid $1600 for 24hrs on top of the initial $1400 I paid. I instead paid $450 at my local vet. On top of all that, they charge a $1000 bond separate to the actual fees. As for everything else, this place is so big with so many staff members that the service is impersonal. Each individual staff member is fine, but communication between them is poor and every time I rang I had to re-explain my story to someone new. My wait times were 45min plus on each of my two visits. I strongly suggest finding a small local vet that is more interested in treating animals than it is in making money.

My daughter was encouraged to euthenase her elderly chihuahua without the vet examining the dog. She was then shamed when she chose not to.The dog has since recovered and we have entered a dispute with them regarding the fees charged.She took the dog to another vet who took bloods and examined him properly. He was unwell but his condition was recoverable not terminal. Had she followed their advice he would be dead, there is no recovery from that.

VetLand is the best looking clinic I’ve seen in Melbourne. Staff are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The range of services that they offer is endless.Will definitely be my go to for all my dogs needs. Hopefully nothing bad lol. Thank you to the team at VetLand, you guys are amazing!
