Just bought a new bike last week and the customer service from Glen Parker Cycles has been top notch. Really experienced staff members and a very friendly owner. Came back with a few small issues and all were fixed on the spot. Very happy with my purchase and very happy with my choice in business for my new road bike.Included a photo of their servicing prices because I couldn't find it anywhere online.

I came in with a few broken spokes on my rear wheel. Instead of just replacing the broken ones, staff recommended replacing all the spokes with an estimate of $120 for the job, which I agreed to. When I came back to pick up the wheel I was presented with a bill of $244. After I pointed out that the estimate had been $120, they dropped the bill to $200. Happy enough with the job they did but I would have opted for just replacing the few broken spokes if they had given me an upfront estimate of $200 (let alone $244).

One of the best independently owned bike shops in Perth.Whilst they have a great range of bikes for all needs, they have special attention to road bikes, catering to customers who don't want usual generic brands.Brands such as Pinarello, Focus, Merckx and Willier are all here.Add to this a depth of experience and great service, resulting in wonderful shop.

Guys who work there are legends! I had an issue with my bottom bracket and rear derailleur holder on the old Pinarello Surprise 2002 frame. Both issues have been fixed flawlessly. Thank you!
