Hairhouse Bayside

The rudest staff you'll ever come across. Every interaction I've ever had with any of their staff members has seemed like the biggest inconvenience to them. Other Hairhouse Warehouse shops are not like this, so do yourself a favour and go there.

Absolutely appalling service. I politely asked one of the workers, a short middle aged male if they sold toners. He then lectured me about how I'm ruining the industry and and taking peoples jobs, he then proceeded to tell me my hair was yellow and I needed to go to a salon to fix it. I know what I'm doing as I have worked in both salons and sales before. I'm certain this is not the case of all Hair House Ware House staff. But surely this not how you treat potential customers especially with an unprovoked personal attack. I will never shop here again, and have already consulted family and friends and warned them of the incident.

Annie is a hair magician! Always nails my colour, cut and style and is so friendly and helpful. Always a fun experience!If you’re after a beautiful, balayage, she’s the best!

I am absolutely appalled with the staff at HairHouse Warehouse. My elderly mother (65 years of age) went in today to buy some hair dye and they turned her away because she wasn't vaccinated. She is extremely unwell (has multiple bone, muscle and immune related illnesses) and struggles to walk, has a medical exemption and is NOT ALLOWED to receive the vaccine, and does not speak English well. They did not even bother to ask her anything further. They looked at her like she was some sort of monster, yelled at her and told her she has to get out of their store. Absolutely disgusting behavior and completely inhumane to treat the elderly (or anyone) like this. I will make sure everyone knows that Hairhouse Warehouse medically discriminates against its customers. You should be ashamed.

Pascale goes above & beyond, really tries to understand what your after, I have been a customer of hers since December & she never ceases to amaze me. Looking forward to the next style. Mine was coloured, cut texture style & foils.

Went there for colour today. Asked for 9 pearl. Came out caramel. Nice, but not want I wanted. Bring back Paul.

Got my hair done by Nicky. Was an absolute dream. First time in a decade I have found someone I trust with my hair.She was absolutely friendly, accomodating and was great to talk to.I will be making Hairhouse my permanent hairdressers from now on. Can’t wait to go back next time.Go see Nicky, she is amazing.
