Browco Brow & Lash Bar

I always return to brow co Shellharbour. This is the only place I will go now for my lashes. They last longer than anywhere else I’ve been. I highly recommend April. Love her work!

Ashley absolutely did amazing work with my brows. Super happy!! She also made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Perfect perfect. Definitely coming back again.

I got my lashes lifted and tinted, and my brows waxed.My brows looked good but it's my lashes I was more concerned about.When in the chair, the workers around me were talking badly about other clients. I work in customer service myself, I know customers can be full-on but it's unprofessional, especially in front of other customers.I requested for my lashes to be tinted as well as lifted. She didn't place a little pad under my bottom eyelashes to stop the tint from getting on my skin; there is a blob there. I don't really mind it, I'm not too fussy on it.What I am fussy about is how when it was all done, my left eyelash was more curled than my right eyelash. To be honest, it did feel like she gave more attention to my left eye.I don't enjoy complaining, but I'm a part-time fast-food worker who gets around $11 a hour. I paid $146 for this, and it was pretty disappointing. :(

I always go to Brow Co Shellharbour to get my brows done and they always do an amazing job. Ashley did my brows today and she did such a good job, she’s so precise and they’re exactly what i wanted !

I was a walk in appointment and they said they could fit me in... wish the lady told me that ment rushing to get me done. She just put wax wherever she wanted and didn't get anywhere near my eyebrows, pulled the wax off before it was time which left wax all over my face. Squirted product on my face so much so that i almost drank some kind of liquid there was that much on my lips. She then asked if i normally go red which i never do. She passed me a mirror to show me my bright red tomato face . I have been here multiple times and never had this happen. This was the rudest customer service i have ever experienced here and has convinced me to never return. I was meant to book my 2 sisters in for appointments but walked out without doing so. I will be booking them in somewhere else and hopefully that establishment wont let them or myself walk out like a waxy red tomato for a ridiculous $50. Will never recommend this place again.

I am always greeted with a smile at Browco Shellharbour. The staff are very professional and I always leave more than happy with my eyebrows and lashes. Keep up the good work ladies!

Today I had an appointment at 3:30 with I think Alyssa (might be wrong)I’ve never had my brows waxed before because I am so scared they might get over done. Apart from being so kind, welcoming and gentle, my eyebrows have never looked better. Highly recommend booking her !!!Will definitely be coming back to brow co Shellharbour!!!
