I had a great experience purchasing my Honda Jazz from the team in Townsville. The online help and email communication was amazing in the beginnings of my search. Arden was my salesperson when i visited the dealership. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All staff I interacted with were lovely and made it an enjoyable and stress-free purchase.

If you want to buy a car the service is top.... not so much coming to the after sale service.... get used to be on hold a lot, not getting called back etc. Wish there be 2.5 stars...

Very disappointing experience. I took my car in to have the fuel pump replaced only for them to not reattach the hose. This led to 60 LITRES of fuel spewing out the bottom of the car in a busy petrol station, closing down the entire petrol station. Not only did I have to wait 2 and a half hours for a tow truck, I missed a day of work/wages all because someone couldn't do their job properly. The most disappointing part is the poor young girl in the office was left to apologise, not a word from management and still zero explanation.

Terrible service. Asked for my $500 deposit back with receipt and bank statements of no money received back and they said they sent it back without even having my bank details. Everytime we ring they ignore our phone calls, we go in to talk to someone they walk the other way and ignore us. Not a happy customer.

Took my car in for an Aribag recall and they were friendly and efficient. Got a quote for a minor service on my 10 year old Jazz, but sadly they were double the price of my regular mechanic.
